Bathroom Warehouse UK, offer a Free UK Mainland delivery

All Large items are sent via our dedicated haulage company, in most cases we will contact you to arrange delivery.
All large items such as Baths and Vanity units and Showers are palletized and packed securely, the haulage company will only deliver to your door, you are responsible to have arrangements to take your purchased goods into your property, please do not expect the delivery driver to help you do this. Some items may weigh in excess of 150KG, prior planning is required by yourself to move your items into your property.

We use multiple carriers for smaller items.

We offer a European delivery service please call us for a quote

Due to the nature of the products and their weights we try our best to find the best carriers for delivery.

Please note some items are sent via different carriers for orders with multiple products. For our larger and heavier items these are palletized, meaning they are packed on a pallet and delivered to your door.

If you choose to return the item we will charge you Return Delivery & organize our haulage company to pickup

Ceramic ware £25+ VAT

Items must be packaged/crated; sent back to us in the same manner it was initially recieved by you, otherwise we will refuse delivery & the goods will be return to you.

All other items must be sent back at your cost and packaged securely, we advise you use a trackable service with insurance for loss or damage, we cannot take any responsibility for damaged goods.

All items returned must be returned in a resellable condition with original packaging.
