Because the nature of these products we allow you an extra 24 hours ONLY after delivery to contact us regarding any breakage or damage; after this period we will not entertain any negotiations regarding damaged goods. This forms part of our contract of Sale . *It is your Responsibility to Read our Terms & Conditions.* In the unlikely event the goods have been damaged in transit we will swap the damaged one for a replacement, in all cases the damaged one will be collected before a replacement is sent. All the parts will need to be in the original packaging and ready to be picked up by our haulage company.
